S t o r y
Mid 1984. An extremely fast spreading epidemic devoured almost all living creatures and turned them into soulless, raging creatures. Society collapsed. The normal life ended rapidly and those, who survived gathered into small groups. Struggling for food, water, defence and medical support without any hope for staying alive at all.
Within all that desolation, debris, fear and resignation a tiny glimpse of hope rose from the blessed ones, who seemed to be not affected by the deadly virus at all. Random people from different places, different origin and different social classes wandered around the abandoned remains of the former world. Helping the ones in need. Supporting guilds, rescuing other survivors, scavenging and gathering fearlessly to give humanity a last chance standing up.
Banned in fear, but loved in hope. They have nothing to lose.

They called them Zone-Rangers. The ones without dread, gallantly risking their life and bringing hope back to the remaining survivors. Even though, they were said to be saints, they also were shunned for bearing the virus within their bodies.
